Contact Us
One inbox, read by the people who actually build the questions. Email us and you reach the team, not a ticketing maze.
Email the team
The fastest way to reach us is email: hello@spiultrasoundprep.com. There is no contact form to wrestle with and no account to create — a plain message does the job.
We are a small team, so we prioritize the same way we tell you to study: high-yield first. A clear bug report or a factual correction on a practice question jumps the queue; a broad “how do I pass?” is better answered by the practice test and the study guide, which already carry that advice.
What to include
A little structure gets you a useful answer instead of a follow-up question. When you write, try to include:
The page
The URL or title of the page you are writing about — it tells us exactly where to look.
The specific item
For a practice question, quote a few words of the stem so we can find it. “A Doppler question” matches dozens; a quoted phrase matches one.
What you expected
If you think an answer or rationale is wrong, tell us what you believe is correct and, ideally, your source. Corrections with a citation get acted on quickly.
Your device
For anything visual or broken, note your browser and whether you are on a phone or a computer — most display issues are device-specific.
What we can't help with
We are an independent study site, not the registry. Some things simply are not ours to answer, and pretending otherwise would waste your time:
Common questions
Can you tell me my exam fee, pass rate, or test date?
No — those are set and published by ARDMS and can change. We deliberately do not quote them here so we never send you a stale number. Check ARDMS's own site for current fees, policies, and dates.
Do you offer tutoring or a paid course?
No. The practice test and study guide are free and are the whole product. The optional companion app is the only paid thing in our orbit, and you never need it to use the site.
I found a wrong answer. Will you fix it?
Yes, and quickly — this is exactly the email we want. Quote the question stem and tell us what you think is correct; a source helps us verify and act faster.
